If it does then you just need to get a Bluetooth module to fit on the pre wiring. You then pair your phone if compatible and use it through the Comand. One thing though it may cost as much as a 17 yr old fiat. If you have telephone pre-wire you will have the UHI exchangeable cradle connector in the armrest. I would recommend the ViseeO MB Phone System Retrofit Kits Aleternative would be changing the Comand unit to the Last model NTG2.
Or installing an aftermarket bluetooth kit like Parrot.

There is an aftermarket bluetooth system called Tooki that works same as the mercedes phone system. It is cheaper overall as no cradle needed.

It has comand fitted of whatever flavour that was current in , but this is not apparently bluetooth enabled. I could go down the route of buying a bluetooth thingy to clip onto the sun visor, but that's a bit minicab..
