She has no details about the product from the Nationwide. I feel she has been missold a product. She had no idea it was linked to the stock exchange and thought it was a ftp put commands example safe savings bond.
I ensured her the capital was safe, but do you feel this represents a claim and would she be allowed to draw out the capital now and invest elsewhere.
