In Dubai in the big malls they have small golf buggy style carts that have ad I would rather shop in the strip shopping of suburban streets. So much lass stressful. I only ventured there to see a Samsung Customer Service person to fix my tablet. He was fantastic, his name is Leon. I ended purchasing a new one from JB HI FI which was another nightmare, but all good in the end.
What a way to waste time. First time to Chadstone today. Brought the family 2 young kids to Legoland after 2 hour drive from Bendigo. Was difficult to get a park, then No explanatio n of your colour coded parks. Line up at every toilet I went too. Had to lurk around tables for ten minutes to sit down. So many people not enough chairs. So crowded, even the entrances weren't wide enough to allow people to walk in without lining up.
Just had an outdated feel to the place, no flow, just got lost. I could go on but enough said! Well, it's a strange system, firstly the earlier you get there, the further undergroun d and further away you park, secondly we went into BUPA Eyecare for appoin Thirdly, the two salesman at Tesla that made my boy cry for accidental ly putting his shoes on the seat just about topped off the day as rubbish I 'll be sticking to Fountain Gate in the future!!
This gift card has to be spent in your shopping centre, I've never heard When I asked the lady at the service desk why there is a charge her response was "it is outsourced to another company". Not a good enough explanatio n.
A complete store once you enter you will never search any other store for all your needs. Beautiful ambiance , good quality even than affordable. I simply love this place. The best place to spend weekend for your shoping needs.

Encountere d the most outrageous and discrimina tive service at Ajisen Ramen Chadstone today. For lunch I ordered a bowl of ramen with "WELL DONE" beef. She took it back to the kitchen and came out within one minute serving me the same bowl of noodles.
The beef was obviously still rare and I felt so gutted having to repeat my order thrice for "WELL DONE" beef furthermor e had to explain that I'm pregnant and that's not what I could eat! She didn't respond to me but reluctantl y took the bowl back to the kitchen again.
This time she sarcastica lly repeated my request out loud to the chef: She probably not aware that I understand Mandarin.

I immediatel y told the other waitress at cashier to cancel my order and complained about the terrible customer service and rudeness. Having had my three-year -old boy waiting for my return to the table in food court, I couldn't stay longer and approach their manager to lodge a formal complaint. One stop shopping centre for everything u need. Has all the different brands for high end to lower end. But forbid u need to use a coin trolley Why is the no Woolies trolly return near the car park near Coles?
Chadstone prides itself on offering such a futuristic and modern shopping experience , however the lack of recycling options especially in the foodcourt area is I think a big consuming entity can do much better and spare a thought for the world beyond the Chadstone walls. Also would have thought City of Monash would insist on better.
Hopefully this improves soon. They say Chadstone is the 'fashion capital' how about shops for plus size women. I called in there as I needed to buy a jacket as it was a bit cool that evening - there is no City Chic or Autograph Stone - dishearten ing.

Every time I go there, I trip over, and fall flat on my face. And when I get up, I have brand new makeup in my hand. I have no idea how that happens, it's so strange. No problems finding a carpark - arrived before lunch. Amazing layout, well thought out. They have created a feel that makes you want to spend, spend Only gripe is it was boiling!
Chadstone is great except for last night, my car was spray painted while it was parked at the rooftop. I don't understand why someone would do that.
Other than this, I love the shopping experience at Louis Vuitton. But I'm not sure if I'd come back again after what happened. Toilets are a disgrace. Just went to 3 different toilets, and every one where in a disgusting state. I might actually go as far as saying, that they are some of the worst shopping center toilets I have seen. Whatever cleaners you have should get the sack.
Awesome place except I need a 3 day pass. It's clean the lady at the concierge was friendly I busted them many times and without looking at maps she knew where everything was.
Food court was clean, walkways are spectacula r, all shiny and new. Got there around 12 yesterday, and had no trouble finding a parking spot.
Loved the shops, the cinema, the cleanlines s and the atmosphere , but was an absolute nightmare getting out of the carpark at 4. Still one of my fav shopping centres though. Coming up from Maldon its a bit of a hike but worth it, a great day. Services are good, and we spoiled ourselves with a hot chocolate and later some lunch.
Aways an enjoyable day out. So will be back. First time here, no problem getting by with free shuttle bus , handy for tourists, recommends to go on weekday, clean and huge, lots of different brands, wonderful food court, went to the lego store too!
Yesterday we shopped and dined. I used to work in the centre so it's not too much of a maze to get around.
Including the new sections that had now arrived. The only down side to the outing They really do need updating and soon. Because I live there since I am in Australia it will be 35yrs it was the smallest shopping center now the biggest i always loved shady my favorite shopping center always.
