Capping - pick loners. Or do some easy station defence missions. You get a few bails that way as well and the reward for killing them if they decide not to co-operate. I also would support what PabloRSA says as im starting to set up in teladi space atm as I have been robbing the others of wares in pirate sectors and I stole a ship from the paranid and I don't want to bother with raising my race rank with them atm.
